Description: Why would one common Product Chemistry test design be selected over another, and what would results reveal about the test item properties and the conduct of future ecotoxicological testing? This presentation covers in-depth several Product Chemistry test guidelines and how those results affect complementary ecotoxicological tests in a registration dossier, specifically on water solubility (OPPTS 830.7840/OECD 105) and octanol/water (OECD 123,OPPTS 830.7570/OECD 117, OPPTS 830.7550/OECD 107) test designs.

Presenter Bio: Lacey Brown is the Manager of the Product Chemistry Group in Easton MD and has been with EAS for over 10 years. She has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland and has experience working with regulatory requirements in a variety of industries. She and her team have an established track record of successfully analyzing complex or difficult compounds in numerous OPPTS and OECD guideline tests.
